Thank you so much, Ryan! You were absolutely outstanding. What started as a stressful tow from Creswell to Coos Bay turned into a much more positive experience because of your kindness and compassion. You took the time to talk with us, made us feel at ease, and truly helped calm a very stressed family during a difficult day. Your professionalism, patience, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. We are incredibly grateful for everything you did. Thank you for going above and beyond—we won’t forget your kindness!

The experience I had with my driver I will never forget. When the driver got there he was extremely kind and went straight into introducing himself and shook my hand. I thought he was getting keys from me so I was thrilled that someone would take the second to actual greet and introduce themselves now a days. I work at the ER Vet and just got off a 13 hour shift. To get out to my car not working it was extremely upsetting and I just wanted to go home. He got there and set up so quick. He knew what he was doing and made sure I knew everything was handled and taken care of. He offered a ride but I just walked home cause it was a short distance. Once he got my car home he was extremely kind and totally ok with my kiddos watching him unhook my car. He took good care of it and was just overall respectful and understanding of the unfortunate situation I was in. Truly the best customer service I have had in a long time. My kiddos made cookies and we sent him home with some! His name started with a T and I wish I recalled it. But truly very thankful for him.

Helpful and compassionate dispatcher and very capable and friendly towtruck driver! I really appreciated their help and the driver made what felt like an impossible task seem easy and fast. Really grateful when I needed a middle of the night tow and a ride home. Thanks Trevor and John!

I had more unexpected car trouble today, I was in Veneta and my phone wasn't working well.. But through the patience of AE's Dispatch and driver named Manny, everything came together and made a bad situation as good as possible! It was so killer how Manny communicated with me even before he was there, and showed up quickly and then helped get my car in a position to be put on the truck and all the while Directed the traffic that was way more than I expected on Huston street. His good attitude and confident professionalism really made it just easy. I was so grateful. He helped me know the details that needed to be paid attention to in order to get me out of there without any difficulties. And I just got to relax in his truck on the way to my mechanics and enjoy it. It was a great experience for such a bad situation. I'm really grateful for Manny and his other teammate there in the office. If you're ever in a similar situation, I would highly recommend this team. Thank you Kindly, Christopher Moberly
